Southside Support AND Healing with Art n Sound’s
GAME NIGHT for High Schoolers and Adults
at New Providence Church in Fayetteville.
STAFF: Southside Support and Healing with Art n Sound’s adult staff and volunteers will lead activities. A ratio of 1 adult to 4 participants is guaranteed! ***If your dependent with special needs cannot safely participate in group activities, games, toileting, and feeding with the ratio of 1:4, a personal caregiver is invited to attend with that individual at no cost.
FOOD: We will have pizza, small caffeine-free sodas, water, chips, and Oreos. Candy may be awarded as game prizes. On this form, you will have the opportunity to let us know if your child has dietary needs or preferences that we should accommodate—gluten-free pizza upon request.
LOCATION ADDRESS: New Providence Church: 592 Bernhard Rd, Fayetteville, GA 30215 **You will drive to the BACKSIDE of the campus. Continue driving until you reach a covered portico (last building to the left).
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS:
Participants must be able to engage safely in activities with a minimum staff ratio of 1:4
Participants must be able to follow instructions with minimal prompts, redirection, and/or behaviors.
