Support Groups

Caring for a dependent with special needs can present unique challenges and responsibilities. Southside Support, Inc. understands the importance of finding support, community, and friendships for our caregivers with others who can relate to their experiences.

At our coffee gatherings, caregivers will have the opportunity to discuss things such as coping strategies, self-care practices, and insights into the unique joys and challenges encountered along the way.

By coming together, sharing experiences, and supporting one another, caregivers can find solace, encouragement, and inspiration on this remarkable journey.

SNAZ serves as a quiet place to regroup for those with sensory sensitivities, a diaper changing station for any size individual, a clean area to adjust a feeding tube, or a private breastfeeding station for nursing mothers.

SNAZ travels about the community providing inclusion opportunities for families who may otherwise struggle to attend community events. Check our events page for dates and locations.
