GAME Day for High Schoolers and Adults

STAFF: Southside Support and Christ Chapel’s adult staff and volunteers will lead activities. A ratio of 1 adult to 4 participants is guaranteed! ***If your dependent with special needs cannot safely participate in group activities, games, toileting, and feeding with the ratio of 1:4, a personal caregiver is invited to attend with that individual at no cost.

FOOD: We will have snacks such as pizza, small caffeine-free sodas, water, chips, and Oreos. Candy may be awarded as game prizes. On this form, you will have the opportunity to let us know if your child has dietary needs or preferences that we should accommodate—gluten-free pizza upon request.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Participants must be able to engage safely in activities with a minimum staff ratio of 1:4
• Participants must be able to follow instructions with minimal prompts, redirection, and/or behaviors.
• If your participant is UNABLE to attend to their own toileting and feeding needs, please reach out to discuss your child’s needs with Leigh Curry, 803-261-5370, PRIOR TO COMPLETING REGISTRATION.
