Our Board Officers


Kay McInroe - President 2024

​​Kay McInroe is Fayette County’s premier REALTOR. As the 2019 President of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS, Kay leverages her network to be successful, consistently in the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents worldwide. Kay is a past REALTOR of the Year and past-President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS. Besides serving on the board of Southside Support, Kay also served as the President of the Kiwanis of McIntosh Trail for two years. Kay donates portions of all her commissions to children’s charities

Nick Ferrante - Vice President 2024

A rare Peachtree City native, Nick became involved in Southside Support during his run for mayor. Inclusion and diversity were at the forefront of his campaign. His involvement with Southside Support has since grown to become more involved as board member at the end of 2021.

Matt Griffin - Treasurer 2024

Matt Griffin joined the United States Marine Corps at the age of 18 out of high school. After 8 years as a combat correspondent, he was honorably discharged and settled in Fayette County. Upon moving here, he joined a family insurance agency and began to get involved with volunteering and fundraising for local non-profit organizations.

In 2013, he began volunteering with Make-A-Wish GA and has helped grant over 30 wishes to wish children. From 2014-2018, he ran a series of comedy shows at The Legacy Theatre to benefit Promise Place that raised over $40,000.

A former professional wrestler, he formed ACTION Wrestling LLC in 2018 where he serves as CEO, promoter & match booker. ACTION runs live professional wrestling events that benefit local non-profit organizations and school groups and has raised over $30,000 to date.

Steve Ivory

Steve graduated from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD and was commissioned in the US Marine Corps where he served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Gulf War and then as an operations officer for the Richmond MEPS. Steve finished his service in the Marine Corps after 10 years as a major. Steve completed his MBA at Georgia State University and began work as a manufacturing manager for Photocircuits in Peachtree City. In 2004, Steve began working as sourcing manager and engineering director for Cooper Lighting and is currently the Quality Director at Eaton Wiring Devices.

Lori Johnson

Lori joined the board in 2024. She is a knowleadgeable and practicing social worker with extensive experience in healthcare including clinics, hospitals, criminal justice, and health insurance. She is married to a neurologist who helps families in fayette county. Lori was raised alongside her brother with down syndrome. She has first-hand experience in caregiving for an individual with special needs and is empathetic to the joys and hardships associated with caring for a loved one with unique needs.

Tyler Toma

Tyler joined the board in 2024. He was raised in Peachtree City, Georgia. After high school, Tyler attended college on both baseball and football scholarships. He then attended Mercer University School of Law and Mercer University Stetson School of Business where he obtained his joint Juris Doctor and MBA and graduated both with honors. Tyler initially started his legal career with a national estate planning firm where he obtained invaluable experience and mentorship in all areas of estate planning and elder law. He then took a position with a large litigation practice in Atlanta where he honed his skills as a litigator. In 2023, Tyler founded The Toma Firm, LLC which aims to provide a client-focused experience that is both practical and effective. Tyler and his wife, Katie, live on the Southside of Atlanta and have two boys, Easton and Colton. During his free time, Tyler enjoys being a dad, traveling, and anything sports-related.

Stacey Clarke

Stacey joined the board in 2024. Stacey Clarke is a dedicated advocate for accessibility and inclusion, actively involved in her children's schools and community. At Huddleston Elementary, she has led accessibility changes as a room parent, and at Booth Middle School, she serves on the school council, collaborating to improve school plans and community engagement.

Stacey's personal experiences with special needs drive her passion and advocacy. She has spent countless hours in hospitals, surgery recovery rooms, therapy and doctor offices, as well as in IEP and 504 meetings, learning and fighting for her children's needs every day. Her dedication to improving the lives of individuals with special needs and their families makes her an invaluable addition to the Southside Support board.

Beyond schools, Stacey holds a leadership position in her church's youth program and has applied to join the Peachtree City Recreational Board. She played a significant role in the 2021 SPLOST team for Fayette County Schools, developing and implementing plans to enhance school facilities. Stacey has been a leader in her church youth group for over 12 years, planning activities and fundraising events. As a mother of five, three of whom have special needs, she has gained extensive experience with special needs challenges and advocates tirelessly for her children's needs every day.
